My View on Being a Dink

Recently, there is a new word occurs in our life. It is the dink. The dink is both two people for couples are having jobs, most of them receive high education and have high incomes. However, they don’t have children and do not have the plan to have baby. What do you think of them? I think different people will have different opinions. For me, I don’t think it is right to be a dink. There are several reasons accounting for my view.
最近，在我們的生活中出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)新詞。那就是丁克族。丁克就是一對(duì)夫妻中兩個(gè)人都有工作，他們大多都接受高等教育，是高收入者。但是，他們沒(méi)有孩子，也沒(méi)有打算要孩子。你怎么看待他們？我覺(jué)得不同的人會(huì)有不同的想法。對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)，我不認(rèn)為成為丁克族是正確的。有幾個(gè)理由可以支持我的觀點(diǎn)。
Firstly, everyone has the right to survive. Our lives are given by our parents. Because of parents’ choice, we can go to this world to enjoy everything we own now. We should give our children this chance, too. We have no right to reject them to come to the world. Though the current life is not easy, we still have power to raise our children. We can’t be so selfish.
首先，每個(gè)人都有生存的權(quán)利。我們的生命是我們的父母給的。因?yàn)楦改傅倪x擇，我們才可以來(lái)到這個(gè)世界享受我們所擁有的一切。我們也應(yīng)該給孩子們一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)。我們沒(méi)有權(quán)利拒絕他們來(lái)到這個(gè)世界。雖然當(dāng)前的生活并不容易，我們?nèi)杂心芰θ�撫養(yǎng)我們的孩子。我們不能這么自私。
Secondly, contribution should be an important word in everyone’s life. Among the education we receive, I believe we must be taught to make contribution for the society. And most of us also have the mind to work hard to make contribution for the society. But do you know that have children is an indispensable contribution. Because without the effort of next generation, the society could not develop. We need to provide new energy for the world.
其次，貢獻(xiàn)這個(gè)詞在每個(gè)人的生命中都應(yīng)該是很重要的一個(gè)詞。在我們所接受的教育中，我相信我們肯定會(huì)被教導(dǎo)要為社會(huì)做貢獻(xiàn)。而大多數(shù)人也有要努力工作，為社會(huì)做貢獻(xiàn)的想法。但是你知不知道撫養(yǎng)孩子也是不可或缺的貢獻(xiàn)。因?yàn)闆](méi)有下一代的努力，社會(huì)就沒(méi)辦法發(fā)展下去。我們要為世界提供新的能源。
In general, to be a dink is not a wise decision. I believe a few years later, you will not regret not being a dink.
總結(jié)，成為丁克族并不是明智的選擇。我相信多年后你不會(huì)后悔沒(méi)成為丁克族的。
