My Teacher Quality View

As we all know since we were a kid, teacheris a sacred profession, and there is a holiday to celebrate teacher, on theday, students offer flowers to teacher to honor the sacred profession.Meanwhile, teacher has been compared to the garden. They try their best tocultivate the flowers, which will be in full bloom for the prosperity ofcountry. However, things are changing; some teacher with low quality hasdestroyed lots of delicate petals.
我們從孩提時(shí)代就知道，教師是一份神圣的職業(yè)，還有個(gè)教師節(jié)來(lái)慶祝教師這個(gè)職業(yè)，在那天，學(xué)生會(huì)給老師送花來(lái)表達(dá)對(duì)這份神圣的職業(yè)的尊敬。與此同時(shí)，教師也被喻為園丁，他們盡最大的努力去培育花朵，這些花朵今后會(huì)為祖國(guó)的繁盛而盛開(kāi)。然而，這些都變了，有些低素質(zhì)的老師摧毀了不少花朵。

It has been reported in news that beastmale teacher sexual assaulted little girls and even little boys. This behaviorreally makes people sick. Teachers are supposed to show a wonderful world ofknowledge to the innocent children, instead of a dirty lust world. This kind ofdamage to an immature child could be permanent both in physical and mentalhealth.

Apart from physical injury, words also cando the fatal harm. Recently, a 10 year old boy jumps from building just becausehe cannot finish the self-criticism so he decided to finish his young live. Theteacher has no idea that her word “Finish it or you jump” will murder a boy.This is a tragedy that made of a teacher who doesn’t pay attention to theirwords.
除去身體傷害不說(shuō)，語(yǔ)言傷害同樣能成為致命傷害。最近，有個(gè)10歲的小男孩因?yàn)椴荒軐?xiě)完檢討書(shū)而決定跳樓結(jié)束自己年輕的生命。那個(gè)老師不知道她那句“寫(xiě)不完就跳樓”會(huì)殺了那個(gè)孩子。這種悲劇就是老師不注意言行舉止的后果。

To sum up, if someone has decided to becomea teacher, they’d better have the quality to shoulder the burden, and knowexactly the teacher’s responsibility which is to training students not todestroy them.
總而言之，如果有人想成為老師，他們最好有著肩負(fù)這個(gè)重任的素質(zhì)，也要明確地了解老師的責(zé)任就是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生而不是毀掉他們。
