A Good Life Attitude

Life is composed of complex things and emotions, but sometimes a good life attitude can change a lot, showing a different world for everyone. We all know that taking the college entrance examination is one of the most important things for a person’s whole life. Of course, high school students will under great pressure. So, how to treat it properly before and after the exam is very important. My opinions are as following.
生活有各種復(fù)雜的事情以及情感構(gòu)造而成，然而有時(shí)候良好的生活態(tài)度可以有很大的改變，為我們展示了一個(gè)不一樣的世界。眾所周知參加高考是每個(gè)人一生中最重要的事情之一。當(dāng)然，高中生肯定得承受很大的壓力。所以，如何在考前以及考后看待這個(gè)考試是很重要的。我的觀點(diǎn)如下。

First of all, keeping a good life attitude is helpful for college entrance exam. As everyone regards it as so important and students themselves also put so much effort on it, they are surely stressful when it is coming. Some cannot fall asleep, some cannot think, and some cannot memorize things well because they are too nervous. As a result, they may not perform well in the exam. However, if they can keep a usual mind, they maybe at their best to get a good mark. 首先，保持良好的生活態(tài)度有助于高考。因?yàn)槊總�(gè)人都把高考看得那么重要，而且學(xué)生本身也為此付出了很大努力，當(dāng)高考即將來臨時(shí)他們肯定會(huì)壓力山大。由于過于緊張，有人會(huì)失眠，有人會(huì)腦子一片空白，還有人會(huì)記不住知識(shí)。所以，他們?cè)诳荚囍锌赡軙?huì)表現(xiàn)失常。但是，如果他們可以保持良好的生活態(tài)度，他們就有可能處他們最好的狀態(tài)，從而取得好成績(jī)。

In addition, after the high school entrance examination, keeping a good lift attitude is very important. Having experienced so stressful study for a long time, some students start to indulge themselves. Some may be very lazy and some may do some crazy things to relax. However, it turns out that their behavior will ruin themselves at last. If they have a good life attitude, they would relax themselves in a proper way not excessive. 而且，高考之后保持良好的心態(tài)也是很重要的。在長(zhǎng)期經(jīng)歷高壓學(xué)習(xí)后，有些學(xué)生會(huì)開始?jí)櫬�。有些可能�?huì)很懶，或者做一些瘋狂的事來放松自我。然而，他們的這些行為最終有可能會(huì)毀了他們。如果他們能保持良好的生活態(tài)度，他們就會(huì)正確的放松而不是過度。

In a word, keeping a good life attitude is significant and helpful in everyone’s whole life. 總之，保持良好的生活態(tài)度在每個(gè)人的一生中都是很重要，也是很有幫助的。
