I have somegood advice for your work. If you can do the following things, you will succeedin doing everything.

我對(duì)你的工作有一些好的建議。如果你能做到以下的幾點(diǎn)，你做什么事情都會(huì)成功。

Firstly,whatever you do, you must be punctual and hard-working. If you sow a good seed,you will get a good harvest. If the seed is in poor quality, the harvest willalso be very bad. And if you sow nothing, you will get nothing at all. Nothing.

首先，無(wú)論你做什么，你必須要守時(shí)和勤奮。如果你種下良好的種子，你會(huì)有一個(gè)好的收獲。如果種子的質(zhì)量不好，收獲也將會(huì)是不樂(lè)觀的。如果你沒(méi)有耕耘，你將什么都得不到。什么都沒(méi)有。

Secondly, youmust be honest. As honesty is the moral tuition that everyone should have. If youtreat other people friendly and sincerely, others will also respect you.

其次，你必須誠(chéng)實(shí)。因?yàn)檎\(chéng)信是每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該有的道德教育。如果你對(duì)其他人友好、真誠(chéng)，別人也會(huì)尊重你。

Thirdly, youmust be tolerant to others, since no one is perfect in the world. Everyone hashis own faults, but if you can see everything on other person's perspective,there will be no problem at all.

第三，你必須對(duì)別人寬容，因?yàn)樵谶@個(gè)世界上沒(méi)有人是完美的。每個(gè)人都有他自己的缺點(diǎn)，但如果你能換位思考，什么問(wèn)題都不會(huì)有。

What's more,when you are in a big company, you should not only respect the leaders, butalso get on well with the colleagues. Sometimes, you should try to please yourboss, so that you could have more chances to be promoted.

更重要的是，當(dāng)你在一家大公司里面時(shí)，你不僅要尊重領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，也要與同事相處好。有時(shí)，你應(yīng)該取悅你的老板，這樣你就可以有更多晉升的機(jī)會(huì)。

Last but notthe least, don't ignore the little things, because such a little thing willhave a great effect on your life. So you should start yourselves at the bottom,in order to get enough working experience. As you have enough workingexperience, nothing you will be afraid.

最后但并非最不重要的，不可忽視小事，因?yàn)檫@樣的小事對(duì)你的生活也會(huì)有很大的影響。所以為了獲得足夠的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，你應(yīng)該從基層做起。當(dāng)你有足夠的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)時(shí)，你就什么都不會(huì)害怕了。
