　　有一句話是說：“畢業(yè)等于失業(yè)。”是的，在學(xué)校，我們住學(xué)校的，吃父母的，生活無憂無慮，面臨畢業(yè)，我們就面臨要接受生存的考驗。在當(dāng)今這個就業(yè)形勢非常嚴(yán)峻的今天，大學(xué)生對將來的生活很茫然，對找工作也充滿了恐懼感，但是，不能因為害怕避而遠(yuǎn)之，今天，我們要討論的就是：大學(xué)生就業(yè)的問題。

　　所以說每個人都要調(diào)整好自己的心態(tài)，要甘心從基礎(chǔ)做起，不要一開始就把自己定位得太高，免得到了下了臺階。一旦你的能力被老板發(fā)現(xiàn)了，不用你說自然老板會給你加薪，提拔你。那些天天吵著加薪的最后的結(jié)果可能都是被吵掉，因為老板發(fā)現(xiàn)你值不了那么錢一個月，所以沒有給你加薪，你還在鬧，那結(jié)果可想而知。真正有能力的人不是自己吵著加薪，而是老板自然給你加薪。

　　此時此刻，我想給大家講一個故事，這是發(fā)生在元朝初期的故事。一個風(fēng)和日麗的下午，一個年輕人跋山涉水，他走過居庸關(guān)，跨過蒙古草原，一直來到了正在關(guān)外帶兵作戰(zhàn)的成吉思汗的帳篷外，年輕人向衛(wèi)兵說明來意后，衛(wèi)兵仔細(xì)搜查了他的身上是否是武器，發(fā)現(xiàn)沒有，然后讓他走進(jìn)帳篷。成吉思汗見來人很有禮貌，詢問之后才知道，原來這個年輕人是來投奔他的。這個年輕人叫做耶律楚才，是個契丹貴族，生長在燕京，也就是今天的北京，他的祖先耶律阿保機(jī)，是赫赫有名的遼國遼太祖。經(jīng)過這次見面，成吉思汗給他安排了一個職位，一個每天寫會議紀(jì)要的書記官，偶爾也為蒙古貴族算算命，占卜占卜一下星相什么的。耶律楚才沒有因為拒絕，他欣然接受了這個工作，后來，他從一個小小的官做到宰相，而且一做宰相就是元朝的名宰相，為元朝的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn)，也實現(xiàn)了自己的人生價值。

　　從這個故事當(dāng)中，我意識到大學(xué)生找工作要從三個方面考慮，第一應(yīng)該敢于主動去找工作，敢于主動去尋找機(jī)會就業(yè);第二不要眼高手低，任何工作都需要持之以恒、工作是不分貴賤;第三，不要認(rèn)為自己的起點高，就一定要從事高等的工作，放低自己才能找到合適的�，F(xiàn)在的競爭很激烈，大學(xué)生有去洗腳有去做服務(wù)員的，每一份工作都是一個機(jī)會，機(jī)會也不是到處都有。我們大學(xué)生要真正走出象牙塔，就要主動出擊，主動尋找就業(yè)機(jī)會。
